If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
If you receive an item and wish to return it for any reason you must be returned within 14 days after delivery with the delivery note. The items you return must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
All items will be checked, once confirmed, we will issue a refund on receipt.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- Simply return to us to process your refund or exchange.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
- We will refund the original credit or debit card used for the purchase. A refund will be issued to your account usually within 14 days of your item being received.
You can return an item for an exchange if you'd like a different item. If you want a different item, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
International Customers : We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different item, then you'll need to place a new order.
